HAPPY Software, Inc. is a major provider of housing-related software solutions with more than 500 Housing Agencies in all 50 states using our software or services. Originally, we wrote the software for our parent company, JEM, Inc. In 1997, we began selling our Windows®-based agency-proven products across the country.

As a result of our unique relationship with Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc., we are able to develop powerful software solutions that effectively deal with the real issues experienced by real housing professionals every day. In fact, HAPPY Software, Inc. began as the result of Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc.'s need for an adequate software solution to help administer their growing workload. Unable to find software that could meet our high standards (especially our demand for extremely high quality forms and reports), we decided to develop our own. As such, we were and continue to be able to thoroughly test our software before it is ever released to the public, ensuring a rock-solid product.

We further pride ourselves on providing top-notch technical support and customer service. In fact, we're not HAPPY unless you're happy!
