How much time and money have you saved since switching to HAPPY?
“We have easily cut our administrative costs in half this year mainly due to time and money saved on form production.”

What processes have been simplified for you as a result of using HAPPY?
“Before HAPPY, we had to order tons of blank forms, store them, and ship them out to our remote offices as needed. All the forms had to then be filled out manually. No longer having to do this has saved us an enormous amount of time.”

What were the major differences between HAPPY and your previous vendor?
“Everything. HAPPY is much more user-friendly. With our previous software, caseworkers were so busy doing manual calculations and filling out forms/contracts by hand that the administrative staff had to do all the entry for 50058 submissions. Now, thanks to HAPPY, caseworkers have time to work on their own files, which frees up time for administration staff. HAPPY makes us much more time efficient.”

Please describe one of your experiences with HAPPY’s technical support department.
“HAPPY’s support is very helpful. We recently did our 1099 production out of HAPPY for the first time. Using remote assistance, the support person was able to easily walk me through the process.”
