What was your most
immediate benefit of purchasing HAPPY Software?
“HAPPY has made reporting much easier. We now have time
to do quality control and improve our programs, instead of
just keeping up.”
What processes have
been simplified for you as a result of using HAPPY?
“Before HAPPY it took four days to do everything related
to our check run. Now we can reconcile, print the checks,
print the reports and post all of the data to our accounting
system in about four hours.”
Please describe one
of your experiences with HAPPY’s training programs.
“I like that some of the suggestions we make in training
are implemented in the next release of the software. The manuals
given out at training are helpful because I can go back to
them later and refresh my memory.”
How much time and
money do you think you saved as a result of using HAPPY?
“The thing we like the best about HAPPY is that we don’t
make costly mistakes. Our calculations are always right and
we can quickly get to all the details about any family.”
