How would you describe the conversion from your previous vendor to HAPPY?
"We had gone through software conversions in the past that were not done properly and turned into a real headache. HAPPY’s conversion went well. HAPPY helped us collect the files needed and handled themselves in a very professional manner.”

What processes have been simplified for you as a result of using HAPPY?
“Training new users has been much easier. The screens are intuitive and lead you where you need to go. This makes it easy to teach new employees how to use the system.”

Where do you think the most time has been saved?
“The whole thing saves time. The shorter learning curve has certainly saved us time with training. Payments are also much faster. I remember with our old software having to stay in the office until 3 am to finish up check runs. Not anymore.”

Please describe one of your experiences with HAPPY’s technical support department?
“One of the most amazing things to us is HAPPY’s Technical Support. We just call up and there is no wait. And if we leave a message, they get back to us in 15 minutes. We recently called asking for help on modifying a form. We had the specs to them that day and the form was implemented in the system within a few days.”
