must first register your agency or organization with HAPPY Software,
Inc. If you are already a registered TenantCheck user, simply
click the "Login" button to the left to enter the
private system area. If you have not yet signed up, please click
the "Registration" button on the menu to register
for the HAPPY TenantCheck system.
