Internet Training
Get the training you need without leaving the office with HAPPY's low cost option for training. Utilizing web conferencing technology, users can work with a trainer over the Internet to learn our products the fast and easy way. One or two hour segments can be tailored to your agency's specific needs.

On-site Training
Training classes tailored to your individual needs and delivered at your office. Classes include detailed instruction followed by hands on training. Our portable Laptop Lab can be optionally shipped to your site.

User Conferences
HAPPY Software holds two user conferences each spring at different locations across the country. These three-day sessions allow agencies to get additional training on HAPPY and enable interaction between HAPPY users.
